Return Policy

If a payment was made by mistake, you may contact our customer service within 24 hours to request a refund. As long as no loss has been caused to us, the refund will be accepted.

Please note that the website charges a 3.5%+$0.3 processing fee on each payment, even for refunded products. Therefore, this fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once the goods have been shipped, refunds are generally not accepted under any circumstances.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company may, at its sole discretion, accept returns of products that are brand new, unused, and in resalable condition. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee and all return shipping costs.

All returns must be received by the company within 30 days from the original purchase date. If the company reasonably determines that the returned products have been used, no refund will be issued to the buyer.

If you believe the machine has any defects, please contact us within one week of receiving the goods and provide video evidence of the alleged defect. We will not accept returns if there is no video evidence, or if the issue is reported more than 15 days after receiving the goods and after the machine has been used in your event.


2. Refunds for maliciously rejected goods will not be accepted. When express delivery, if the goods are directly rejected without any reason, we will not refund. Because we are by international logistics, most of our shipping costs are higher than the price of the goods, and we have to destroy the goods locally, so your rejection has caused serious losses to us, and we will not accept your refund application.


3. Our logistics is carried by an international logistics company. The transportation time and service quality are not under our control. We can only try our best to help customers solve problems in the logistics. We will not compensate for the delay and loss of the logistics company. , because the logistics company did not give us any compensation, and we are also the party to the loss. We hope that customers can try their best to contact the local logistics company to cooperate with the tracking of the goods.


4. We cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive at a certain time as you plan, but we can only ship them as early as possible. The time of arrival provided to you is also based on our previous arrival time, but if there are special circumstances, the logistics company does not deliver on time, We do not accept full refunds. However, after communicating with customer service, you can return the unopened goods, but we will deduct the return shipping from the total price, and we will refund the remaining payment.

5. If the machine is damaged and fails, please contact the customer service at the first time, provide your purchase order number, and the video or appearance photos of the product work, we will start the after-sales maintenance service for you, and help you to repair the machine perfectly. During the warranty period, replacement parts are shipped free of charge.

Please check the product information carefully before purchasing. If you have any uncertain information, you can chat with us or leave a message on the website, but the customer service information is only for reference and cannot be used as a basis for a refund.

Important

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
