Order Processing Time
We require 1-7 business days to process orders and shipments to ensure accurate delivery of products to you. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your order on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days, orders are not processed and shipped on non-business days.
China warehouse: China to the United States, the time limit is 7-15 working days.
China to Canada area, the time limit is 7-15 working days.
China to Mexico, 7-15 business days.
China to UK, 7-15 business days.
China to France, 7-15 working days.
China to Germany, 7-15 working days.
China to Poland, 7-15 working days.
China to Spain, 7-15 working days.
China to Italy, 7-15 working days.
For the above regions, shipping is free for orders. In addition to the above areas, the rest of the products do not include shipping, please contact us for specific postage.
The above delivery time is based on our past experience and is only for reference. If the delivery is delayed due to the logistics company, we will not be liable for any loss.
Therefore, in order to avoid logistics delays, please purchase the machine as earlier as possible, so as not to disrupt your plan
About Customs
Tariff-free logistics channels
If the goods need to be imported from China and you are troubled by customs duties, we will help you perfectly solve the problem of customs duties and provide you with tariff-free logistics channels, but the delivery time will be longer. Please contact contact@kdjlight.com for details.
Due to stricter global customs policies in 2025, shipments from China to countries such as the United States and the European Union will require customs clearance and payment of duties.
To save our customers time and costs associated with customs clearance, we prioritise using duty-paid shipping channels. However, this will result in longer shipping times, typically 12-20 days.
Furthermore, the tracking number will not show any progress until the goods have cleared customs in the destination country. Tracking information will only become available after customs clearance and handover to a courier company for delivery, typically via international express services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Therefore, if you received an email confirming shipment but cannot track the package, please do not worry; tracking information will usually become available within 10-15 days of shipment.
Standard express
If you are a business customer and do not require our customs clearance services, and need the equipment urgently, you can contact us within 12-24 hours after placing your order and request shipment via standard express services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We will ship the goods via standard logistics channels as soon as possible.
After the goods arrive in the destination country, customs or the courier company will notify you to submit the necessary documents, such as the invoice and customs duties. Once customs clearance is completed, the courier company will continue to deliver the goods to your door. The total shipping time is 7-15 days.
Shipping Method
We offer free shipping to North America, Asia, and most European countries.
Orders cannot be split and must be delivered to a single address.
Choose the express method according to the delivery area, product weight, and product size, we usually use DHL, UPS, FedEx.
KDJ Light currently supports shipping to most overseas countries for orders.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. You can track your package to check the delivery status.This tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become available.
Issues with Tracking Info
We are always happy to help, but unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking information you have. We ask that you please try to resolve any issues with the local carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at contact@kdjlight.com
Lost and damaged packages
KDJ Light will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.
Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
Therefore, if you discover that your goods are missing or damaged, please contact the local courier company immediately and provide as much evidence as possible(For example, taking photos and shooting videos). Please also contact us at contact@kdjlight.com as soon as possible, and we will cooperate with you in filing a claim and seeking compensation to minimise the losses.
