Where to ship from?

Most of our products are shipped from Guangzhou,China, by air freight, DHL, UPS, FeDex. Tax included, and delivered to your door without any additional charge.

How long is the shipping time?

Normally we need 2-5 days to prepare the goods, and the air shipping time is 10-12 days, so the delivery time is about 12-27 days.

Why can't I find any tracking information for my package?

Because we ship via a tax-inclusive channel, tracking information won't be available until the goods clear customs in the destination country. It typically takes about 10 days for customs clearance to be completed, and then the shipment will be delivered by courier companies like FedEx, DHL, or UPS before the tracking information is updated.

Therefore, please don't worry if the tracking information doesn't update within 10 days. It will be available after customs clearance, and the goods will arrive in 2-5 days.

Is tax included in the price?

To address global tariff changes and ensure a pleasant shopping experience, we ship to the US and EU countries through tax-inclusive channels. This means that US and EU customers purchase our products tax-free.

For other countries/regions that do not offer tax-free services, customers may need to handle customs clearance and pay import duties on their own. The specific tax amounts vary by country; please check your local tariff rates.

If a product malfunctions, please immediately record a clear video of the problem. We will investigate the cause, provide a reasonable solution, and ship parts and a repair instruction video.

The warranty period is one year, with free parts shipping within one year and lifetime repair technical guidance.
